Voilà Technology, Inc. will protect, preserve, and safeguard the confidentiality of all personal information it possesses, including the way information is used. Information will “NOT” be shared unless Voilà Technology receives the expressed written permission from the individual allowing this act to happen.

All forms of information are kept in a secure environment. Information is securely destroyed and discarded when the case is closed or by written request from the individual.
